Lewis S Greene – Managing Director
Lewis started his career in recruitment at the tender age of sixteen, he then went on and formed SGL in 2003 and with now seven years experience he has developed a good name and reputation for the Financial Services Recruitment Industry. Lewis in 2008 formed an offshore division and has enjoyed early success in this new venture. Lewis in his spare time which there is not a lot of enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Liz Morris – PA to the Managing Director
The newest recruit to the SGL team is Liz Morris who works solely for Lewis Greene in purely an administration function. Liz enjoys being part of a busy dynamic team and in the short time she has worked for the company has experience in new business tenders and arranging the many offshore seminars SGL has to offer. When Liz is not busy looking after her 1 Year old son, Beau, she enjoys socialising with friends, karaoke nights and is a member of a local Netball League.

Gillian Ellis - Office & Recruitment Manager
Gillian has extensive experience in Sales and Administration and has over the last four years applied this experience to the Recruitment and Office Manager role with SGL Solutions. Gillian enjoys working with this happy band of people delivering an excellent service to both candidates and clients. A mother of 3 very grown up children and grandma to 2 very beautiful grandchildren, she enjoys spending her spare time indulging her hobbies of painting, photography and dancing (but not all at the same time!!).

Mary Hussain – National Account Manager
Mary joined SGL in September 2006 initially starting out in administration, Mary quickly progressed into a Resourcer’s role, where her enthusiasm, drive, performance and success rewarded her with her current and present position as a National Account Manager looking after Banks and Building Societies across the UK as well as smaller independent financial services companies. Outside work Mary is Mum to 3 children and splits her time between taking her son to football practice and matches, singing, singing and more singing (!!) usually dragging the whole team along to listen!

Ryan Smith – Financial Services Recruitment Consultant
Ryan joined SGL in February 2007 having worked prior with The Royal Bank of Scotland. He started work in Financial Services at the age of 16 and enjoys the customer contact the job allows him to have. Outside work Ryan is a keen Manchester Utd fan and holds a season ticket allowing him to follow his passion. Living locally, Ryan also attends race meetings at Towcester where he occasionally enjoys a flutter or two!
